Richard A. McCready - About me

I'm Richard McCready. I teach Music Technology and Guitar Classes at River Hill High School. I'm also a church organist, singer, tuba player, and folk/blugrass guitarist.

From an early age I have been fascinated with all sorts of music, but particularly Orchestral Music of the Nineteenth and Twentieth Centuries, English Choral Music, and British Progressive Rock.

I also love composing and improvising music using computers and have always sought out the latest and best technologies to make music.

I make music with Ableton Live, Studio One, Notion, Maschine, and Pro Tools.

My joy every day is to learn more about the wonderful, growing art of music, and to pass this joy on to my students.
